Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, feedback, or sales leads.

  • Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.

Skill Requirements

  • ✔ Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
    ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    ✔ Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes professionally.
    ✔ Prior experience in a front desk or call center role is an advantage.
